What is the 7-Day Return Guarantee? How do I get a defective item replaced? What if the item does not fit me?

Every product sold at Five Star Uniforms is covered under our 7-Day Return Policy. Notify us about problems, fitting issues, damages or defects within 7 days from the date of delivery, and we will either send a replacement product to you or refund your money, provided the procedure below is followed.

All deliveries outside the EU are always VAT free.
